Co-Founder & CEO – AI Reverse Logistics Orchestration Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Enhance the ideal customer profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning.

• Oversee pilot programs with organizations focused on operations-heavy commerce, retail, or supply chain.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and iterate based on user feedback.

• Spearhead the seed funding round, leveraging FutureSight's network and existing traction.

• Assemble and lead the founding team, establishing the cultural foundation of the organization.

• Prior experience as a founder at a venture-backed company.

• Proven success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure capital.

• Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain high-caliber talent.

• Realistic understanding of the risks and responsibilities associated with co-founding a venture-backed enterprise.

• Hands-on experience in operations-heavy commerce, supply chain, or logistics settings, with knowledge of returns, warranty, fulfillment, or post-sale processes, along with familiarity with AI agents and LLMs.
