This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Define the strategic direction of the venture and oversee its implementation.
β’ Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning within the AEC vertical segment.
β’ Drive pilot programs with mid-market AEC firms, transition them to paid contracts, and establish a go-to-market strategy via AEC networks, marketing associations, and industry collaborations.
β’ Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering team to launch Version 1 and refine based on user feedback, concentrating on compliance extraction, semantic mapping, and subject matter expert workflows.
β’ Spearhead the seed funding initiative, leveraging FutureSight's network and existing traction.
β’ Build and lead the founding team, while laying the cultural groundwork for the company.
β’ Prior founding experience in a venture-backed organization.
β’ Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.
β’ Proficiency in fundraising, capable of crafting investor narratives and securing capital.
β’ Established capability to attract, nurture, and retain high-caliber talent.
β’ Realistic understanding of the risks and challenges associated with co-founding a venture-backed company.
β’ Direct experience in AEC, government contracting, proposal management, or B2B SaaS for professional services, with knowledge of AI agents/LLMs.
