This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning within the AEC vertical segment.
• Oversee pilot programs with mid-market AEC firms, convert them into paid partnerships, and develop the go-to-market strategy through AEC networks, marketing associations, and industry collaborations.
• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and refine it based on user feedback, focusing on compliance extraction, semantic mapping, and subject matter expert (SME) workflows.
• Lead the initial funding round, leveraging FutureSight's network and traction.
• Recruit and direct the founding team, establishing the company’s cultural foundation.
• Previous experience in a founding role at a venture-backed organization.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement.
• Fluency in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure capital.
• Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain top talent.
• A realistic understanding of the risks and challenges associated with co-founding a venture-backed enterprise.
• Direct experience in AEC, government contracting, proposal management, or B2B SaaS for professional services, along with familiarity in AI agents and LLMs.
