Co-Founder, CEO – AI E-commerce Operations System

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic direction of the venture and oversee its implementation.

• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning.

• Manage pilot projects with ecommerce sellers, transition them into paid partnerships, and develop the go-to-market strategy.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and adapt based on user feedback.

• Lead the seed funding initiative, utilizing FutureSight's network and momentum.

• Assemble and guide the founding team while laying the cultural groundwork for the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a founder in a venture-backed enterprise.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in fundraising, including the capacity to craft investor narratives and secure funding.

• Established ability to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent.

• Realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities of co-founding a venture-backed business.

• Direct experience in ecommerce, such as managing a multi-channel operation, selling software in this sector, or developing tools for ecommerce sellers at scale.

• An existing network within the ecommerce seller community, including Amazon sellers, Shopify operators, and 3PL partners.
