Co-Founder & CEO – AI Content Intelligence, Publishing Engine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Establish the ideal customer profile (ICP) wedge (creators vs. teams vs. agencies), pricing strategy, and product positioning.

• Transition from internal design partners to external users (creators, teams, agencies), validate retention and willingness to pay, and develop a go-to-market strategy through creator-led distribution.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering team to launch V1 and iterate based on user feedback, emphasizing extraction quality, clustering relevance, and draft utility.

• Lead the seed funding initiative, leveraging FutureSight's network and traction.

• Recruit and manage the founding team, while establishing the company's cultural foundation.

• Prior founding experience at a venture-backed organization.

• Proven success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure capital.

• Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain top talent.

• Realistic understanding of the risks and responsibilities associated with co-founding a venture-backed company.

• Direct experience in the creator economy, marketing technology, social media platforms, or knowledge work tools, with a familiarity in AI agents/LLMs.
