Co-Founder & CEO – AI Communication Agents, Freight & Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic direction of the venture and oversee its execution.

• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning for freight brokerages, 3PLs, carriers, and warehouse operators.

• Drive pilot programs with mid-sized to enterprise freight brokerages, convert them into paid partnerships, and develop a go-to-market strategy aimed at Heads of Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and iterate based on user feedback.

• Lead the seed funding round, leveraging FutureSight's network and existing traction.

• Recruit and manage the founding team, while establishing the cultural framework of the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a founder in a venture-backed company.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure capital.

• Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain high-caliber talent.

• Realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities associated with co-founding a venture-backed firm.

• Direct experience in logistics, supply chain, freight brokerage, transportation, or B2B enterprise software for these sectors, with knowledge of AI agents/LLMs.
