This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Strategy β Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product placement for freight brokerages, 3PLs, carriers, and warehouse operators.
β’ Customer Development β Spearhead pilot programs with mid-sized to large freight brokerages, transition them to paid collaborations, and develop a go-to-market strategy aimed at Heads of Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations.
β’ Product β Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and refine it based on user feedback, emphasizing TMS and load board integrations, conversational AI effectiveness, and autonomous workflow management.
β’ Capital β Drive the seed funding round, leveraging FutureSight's network and market traction.
β’ Team β Recruit and guide the founding team, establishing the company's cultural foundation.
β’ Prior experience in a founding role at a venture-backed organization.
β’ Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.
β’ Proficient in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure capital.
β’ Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain top talent.
β’ Realistic understanding of the risks and challenges associated with co-founding a venture-backed enterprise.
β’ Direct experience in logistics, supply chain, freight brokerage, transportation, or B2B enterprise software related to these fields, with knowledge of AI agents/LLMs.
