Co-Founder & CEO – AI Accounting Agents for CPA Firms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Define the strategic direction of the venture and oversee its implementation.

• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), develop a size-tiered pricing strategy, and refine product positioning.

• Direct pilot programs with managing partners, CAS leads, and outsourced-accounting/BPO providers at small to mid-sized CPA firms, converting them into paid engagements and fostering a referral-driven market entry strategy.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and refine it based on user feedback.

• Spearhead the seed funding initiative, leveraging FutureSight's network and existing momentum.

• Assemble and guide the founding team while establishing the company's cultural framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a founder in a venture-backed organization.

• Proven track record in B2B AI or B2B SaaS market strategies, particularly in consultative, relationship-focused sales and customer engagement.

• Familiarity with fundraising processes, including crafting investor narratives and securing capital.

• Demonstrated capability to attract, nurture, and retain high-caliber talent.

• Realistic understanding of the risks and challenges associated with co-founding a venture-backed startup.

• Extensive accounting knowledge, with practical experience in managing closing processes, tax preparation, workpapers, and client accounting services in CPA firms.
