Co-Founder & CEO – AI Accounting Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Establish the direction of the venture and oversee its implementation.

• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), develop a size-tiered pricing strategy, and refine product positioning.

• Manage pilot programs with managing partners, CAS leads, and outsourced accounting/BPO providers at small to mid-sized CPA firms, convert these into paid engagements, and create a referral-driven go-to-market strategy.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering team to launch Version 1 and iterate based on user feedback.

• Spearhead the seed funding round, leveraging FutureSight's network and existing traction.

• Recruit and guide the founding team while laying the cultural groundwork for the company.

• Prior founding experience in a venture-backed organization.

• Proven track record in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing consultative, relationship-focused sales and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in fundraising, with the capability to craft compelling investor narratives and secure capital.

• Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent.

• Realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities involved in co-founding a venture-backed company.

• Extensive accounting domain knowledge, with practical experience in managing closing processes, tax preparation, workpapers, and client accounting services within CPA firms.
