This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Strategy β Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), implement a size-tiered pricing model, and refine product positioning.
β’ Customer Development β Spearhead pilot programs with managing partners, CAS leads, and outsourced-accounting/BPO operators at small to mid-sized CPA firms, converting them into paid engagements, while fostering a referral-driven go-to-market strategy.
β’ Product β Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and iterate based on user feedback.
β’ Capital β Oversee the seed funding initiative, leveraging FutureSight's network and traction.
β’ Team β Recruit and guide the founding team, and lay the cultural groundwork for the company.
β’ Prior experience in a founding role at a venture-backed organization.
β’ Proven track record in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including consultative, relationship-oriented sales and customer engagement.
β’ Proficiency in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure capital.
β’ Established ability to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.
β’ Realistic understanding of the risks and challenges associated with co-founding a venture-backed firm.
β’ Extensive accounting domain knowledge, with practical experience in managing close processes, tax preparation, workpapers, and client accounting services within CPA firms.
