This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage individual immigration cases — including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A — through every stage, ensuring a seamless handoff to a robust, filing-ready submission, with a second-chair review by a Managing Attorney prior to filing.
• Maintain a full caseload of approximately 35-40 active matters simultaneously, with the autonomy to determine how you organize your daily and weekly schedule.
• Cultivate and maintain the client relationship throughout the duration of each case, ensuring clients remain informed and do not need to seek updates from you.
• Utilize Manifest's AI tools and technology — including automated handoffs, intelligent draft tracking, and a centralized case-context hub — to ensure that every hour spent is dedicated to advancing cases rather than on coordination tasks.
• Engage exclusively with Manifest for the entirety of your contract, focusing solely on case production, as consultations will be managed by Manifest's consulting associates.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active admission to the U.S. bar.
• At least 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with direct involvement in EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A, H-1B, or family- and marriage-based cases — solo practitioners are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated rigor, ownership, and exceptional writing skills in handling extraordinary ability and high-skilled petition work.
• Polished client-management skills: you are responsible for the relationship, not merely the file.
• Ability to independently manage a matter from a clean handoff to completion without direct supervision.
• Comfort with a 1099 independent contractor relationship and managing a full, exclusive production caseload.
• No benefits or paid time off.
