• Program CNC toolpaths utilizing Mastercam (3-axis).

• Collaborate with both 2D and 3D geometries to develop machining strategies.

• Design and enhance toolpaths, including: 2D pocketing and contouring, 3D roughing, and scallop finishing.

• Determine suitable speeds and feeds for typical tooling and materials.

• Review and refine CAD files before programming.

• Produce machine-ready code and validate toolpaths prior to production.

• Liaise with machine operators to ensure successful implementation.

• Demonstrated experience with Mastercam (3-axis machining).

• Strong knowledge of: 2D and 3D toolpath strategies.

• Familiarity with feeds, speeds, and cutting parameters.

• Capability to work in inches (imperial units).

• Experience in preparing files for CNC machining.

• Basic English communication skills (sufficient for training and coordination).

• Experience operating CNC machines (Nice to Have).

• Familiarity with Rhinoceros 3D (for minor file edits and geometry preparation) (Nice to Have).

• Experience with VCarve (training available if needed) (Nice to Have).

• Basic 3D modeling or CAD experience (Nice to Have).
