CNC Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Responsible for providing post-sales support to clients.

• Deliver technical and operational training, along with testing, adjusting, troubleshooting, repairing, rebuilding, and installing CNC machining equipment, peripherals, and upgrades.

• Organize and coordinate activities related to the installation, repair, and upgrade of equipment.

• Investigate and address customer-reported technical issues with equipment.

• Analyze data to identify root causes and suggest repairs or corrective measures.

• Provide management and factory engineers with insights regarding equipment defects and recommendations for enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or engineering technology).

• At least 2 years of experience working in a Machine Tool Company.

• Familiarity with Fanuc Machines and CNC engines.

• Understanding of PLC systems and diagrams.

• Capability to operate forklift trucks and manual lifting equipment.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
