This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The CMX Project Manager is focused on the planning, management, and execution of project campaigns, enhancing process excellence, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency throughout the CMX department.
• Oversee cross-functional project planning, execution, and delivery for high-profile, strategic initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans that encompass milestones and deadlines, tasks, responsible parties, and status updates.
• Administer project campaign budgets and track progress until campaign completion.
• Propose strategies to enhance campaign performance and implement process improvements.
• Establish and uphold standardized operational processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Create and maintain CMX dashboards, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
• Work together with CMX leaders to enhance coordination and minimize duplication.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications operations, print production, creative operations, project management, or process improvement.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in project management and/or campaign execution and implementation.
• Familiarity with project management theories, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies or similar practices.
• Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, prioritization, time management, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
