CMR & Plate Registration Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Conduct live assessments of CMRs and vehicle plate registrations submitted by External Partners.

• Confirm the accuracy and completeness of the information provided prior to processing.

• Detect and resolve inconsistencies to prevent delays in operations.

• Communicate with External Partners when corrections or further information is necessary.

• Take ownership of the CMR and plate registration review process.

• Track recurring errors and identify trends that impact operational quality.

• Report ongoing mistakes or persistent issues to the Team Leader.

• Maintain ongoing communication with both internal teams and External Partners.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall process quality.

• Fully remote contractor role.

• Must have a personal computer, internet access, and necessary work equipment.

• Capable of issuing invoices for services provided.

• Responsible for creating a suitable and secure remote working environment.

• Must possess a proactive and solution-focused mindset.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is required.

• Flexibility and availability during agreed-upon working hours is essential.
