CMO – Startup Co-founder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• As a co-founder, you will oversee all facets of the company in collaboration with your partners:

• Develop a concept and secure a proof of concept by defining the product/service, strategizing, and implementing those plans.

• Build and lead your team while fostering a strong company culture.

• Define and spearhead investment rounds.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of solid experience, preferably within fast-growing and scale-up companies.

• Relevant leadership experience in one of the following areas: Strategy, sales leadership (ideal for CEO-CMO candidates), Product development, operations or strategy teams (ideal for CTO-COO candidates), and Finance (suitable for CFO candidates).

• Determination to launch a scalable B2B startup (preferably in SaaS, XR, Sustainability, Fintech, or Cybersecurity).

• An MSc or MBA in business administration or a related field.
