CMMC Assessor – Independent Contractor, Full Time Opportunities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Fulfill and uphold the competency and certification standards set by Cyber AB for a CCA or Lead CCA.

• Perform evaluations of client facilities to assess their adherence to the applicable standards (including pre-assessments, certification assessments, surveillance, special assessments, and re-certifications).

• Communicate findings both verbally and in written reports.

• Prepare and submit audit reports to comply with certification requirements.

• Ensure prompt communication with office staff and assigned clients through phone, email, written reports, and other means.

• Keep a current schedule of assessments in line with timing requirements and SQA procedures.

• Timely submission of assessment reports, plans, essential audit documentation, and assessment expense reports as per SQA guidelines.

• Retain necessary credentials from Cyber AB for CCA or Lead CCC while conducting audits with SQA.

• Attend regular staff meetings and mandatory training sessions as scheduled by SQA management.

• Engage in sales activities when requested.

• Collaborate with staff to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work processes.

• Input data into relevant databases or systems as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Meet the certification qualifications set by Cyber AB for a CCA or Lead CCA.

• An ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
