This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee, monitor, and provide support for cloud infrastructure and services, primarily utilizing AWS.

• Aid in cloud transformation and migration initiatives towards Azure and Oracle Cloud.

• Deploy and manage cloud resources including compute, storage, networking, and security configurations.

• Execute daily operational duties: incident management, service requests, and root cause analysis.

• Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows Server environments, including patch management and performance optimization.

• Configure and troubleshoot IIS for the hosting and support of web applications.

• Manage and resolve issues related to DNS, Active Directory, and identity/access management.

• Assist with MS SQL Server administration tasks such as basic setup, backups, restores, performance checks, and connectivity issues.

• Work with databases on troubleshooting, access management, backup/restore coordination, and monitoring.

• Build, operate, and troubleshoot Docker containers; support deployments based on container technology.

• Administer and troubleshoot Linux systems, addressing basic services, logs, permissions, and networking issues.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell and PowerShell.

• Conduct application and infrastructure troubleshooting utilizing logs, monitoring tools, and metrics.

• Implement fundamental security best practices, access controls, and support compliance requirements.

• Maintain documentation for configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and security teams to enhance stability and performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Cloud/Infrastructure Engineer or in a comparable role.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with AWS (core services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, Route 53, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, etc.).

• Good understanding and exposure to Azure and Oracle Cloud.

• Experience with Windows Server, IIS, DNS, and Active Directory management.

• Working knowledge of MS SQL Server and general database concepts (backup/restore, user roles, connectivity).

• Experience in Linux administration.

• Familiarity with the Docker containers environment.

• Practical scripting experience with Shell and PowerShell.

• Strong skills in application troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
