• Serve as a trusted technology consultant for a designated group of accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all intricate support needs related to the assigned customers’ environments.
• Collaborate with Flexential Sales to identify and leverage new business opportunities.
• Support sales and sales engineering teams in creating cost-effective, operationally viable solutions that fulfill complex customer needs.
• Participate in Flexential's process enhancement initiatives aimed at boosting customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate performance improvements, conduct risk assessments on customer environments, and offer actionable recommendations.
• Ensure effective management, communication, coordination, and facilitation of support service activities between Flexential departments and strategic accounts.
• Lead customer-initiated meetings, quarterly business reviews, and other service and strategic discussions.
• Advocate for customer needs in Flexential product roadmap discussions and governance meetings.
• Document and align customer roadmaps with the Flexential pipeline.
• Identify and spearhead unique continuous improvement initiatives in support of customers.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet client satisfaction.
• Guarantee a thorough understanding of project scope by both technical teams and clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and client delivery teams to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in technology, operations, or design, preferably within the service provider sector.
• Experience in a customer-facing technology position.
• Proficiency in Project Management and Planning/Road mapping.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer service abilities.
• Comprehensive experience in Colocation Infrastructure and customer support.
• Expertise in Change, Incident, and Problem Management.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Solutions-oriented approach towards technology strategies and IT service delivery.
• Robust technical background for developing and selling IT solutions.
• Awareness of operational process improvement.
• Capability to guide technical personnel in a distributed setting.
• Adaptability to an evolving technology landscape.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and contract management software.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to travel as needed.
