Cloud Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identify and assess customer opportunities by developing tailored solutions utilizing NetApp’s AWS Cloud offerings.

• Present compelling presentations at customer and partner briefings, AWS and NetApp sales meetings, as well as industry events.

• Create and execute proofs-of-concept to showcase the value and effectiveness of the proposed solutions.

• Facilitate seamless transitions of newly acquired customers to the Professional Services and Customer Success teams.

• Take the lead and engage in industry meet-ups and user groups to strengthen community relationships.

• Keep accurate and current records of customer opportunity statuses in Salesforce.

• Dedicate time to continuous self-education to remain informed about public cloud services, particularly in emerging AI/ML technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a Cloud Solutions Architect position

• More than 5 years of experience with NetApp ONTAP

• NetApp ONTAP certifications are considered a plus

• AWS Cloud certifications are viewed positively

• Fluency in French is preferred
