Cloud Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the architectural design for cloud, data, AI, and security solutions executed through partners and resellers.

• Create repeatable solution frameworks and reference architectures that align with Arrow and Microsoft priorities.

• Assist in partner enablement through technical workshops, architecture guidance, and collaborative selling approaches.

• Engage with customers, partners, and internal sales teams to shape complex opportunities and advance deals.

• Collaborate with hyperscaler teams (Microsoft/AWS) on co-selling opportunities, incentives, and go-to-market alignment.

• Promote the adoption of Azure, Fabric, AI/Copilot, and security solutions throughout the partner ecosystem.

• Provide executive-level advisory to clients regarding cloud strategy, modernization, and innovation.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to key partners, assisting them in building and scaling cloud solution practices.

• Enable partners on Azure architecture, CSP models, and managed services delivery.

• Support partner differentiation through solution packaging, intellectual property development, and vertical use cases.

• Participate in joint account planning and activities to accelerate the pipeline.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to shape deals and influence winning technical strategies.

• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and solution designs that align with customer outcomes.

• Accelerate the pipeline through architecture validation, demonstrations, and technical storytelling.

• Drive revenue influenced through solution design and partner engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in cloud architecture, consulting, or sales engineering.

• More than 5 years of experience working with public cloud platforms (Azure or AWS is highly preferred).

• Experience operating within a partner/channel or CSP ecosystem.

• Strong client-facing abilities and executive communication skills.

• Capability to influence partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.

• Extensive expertise in Microsoft Azure (compute, networking, identity, and security).

• Experience with data platforms (Fabric, Databricks, Synapse) and AI/ML solutions.

• Robust understanding of hybrid cloud, Kubernetes, and automation.

• Familiarity with Zero Trust principles, compliance frameworks, and enterprise governance.
