This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the effective delivery of cloud, CAD, and PLM professional services, ensuring that projects are appropriately scheduled, staffed, and executed to meet client expectations.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication, scheduling, contract management, contact administration, and prompt client support.

• Collaborate with clients and technical consultants to facilitate project engagements, promote service adoption, and drive successful outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Engage in pre-sales activities by participating in client discussions, gathering requirements, performing research, and assisting with solution recommendations that align with client needs.

• Assist Help Desk operations by assessing, prioritizing, and coordinating customer requests while ensuring inquiries are tracked and resolved to completion.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams, including Sales, Professional Services, and Technical Support, to provide an outstanding client experience and ensure operational efficiency.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancement, support team development initiatives, and contribute to the refinement of service delivery practices and internal workflows.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends while aiding technical leadership in improving resource utilization and overall service performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree or an equivalent mix of education and relevant professional experience.

• 5+ years of experience in supporting CAD, PLM, cloud, or engineering software solutions, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate professional services engagements, encompassing project scheduling, resource planning, client communications, contract management, and service delivery support.

• Experience as the primary client contact, delivering outstanding customer service, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful project execution.

• Capability to assist in pre-sales activities through client interviews, requirements gathering, research, and providing solution recommendations.

• Experience in coordinating technical support or help desk operations, including prioritizing requests, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely issue resolution.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio), and a strong commitment to continuous improvement and ongoing technological learning.
