Cloud Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development and execution of service processes

• Creation of service documentation and onboarding procedures

• Oversight of service onboarding and transitions

• Ongoing service enhancement to boost customer performance

• Standardization of service processes and automation initiatives

• Primary contact for customer inquiries

• Utilizing customer feedback for continuous improvement

• Enhancing system performance, efficiency, and security

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft infrastructure and cloud solutions

• Experience with Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Azure

• Passionate about exploring technical subjects

• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills

• Inquisitive and eager to learn

• Capable of independent, structured, and pragmatic work

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities

• Proficient in German at a business-fluent level

• Fluent in English
