Cloud & SaaS Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the administration, optimization, and security of a global fintech company's cloud-based workplace technology stack.

• Collaborate with IT, Security, Compliance, and HR teams to guarantee that every system is secure, scalable, and providing maximum value to the organization.

• Manage and enforce policies related to identity and access management (IAM).

• Implement Zero Trust principles across SaaS environments.

• Create and execute workflow automation solutions.

• Identify and implement self-service IT solutions that improve the employee experience.

• Work with Security and Compliance teams to ensure that SaaS environments comply with all security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

• Team up with HR and People Operations to facilitate smooth employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Propel technology adoption initiatives throughout the organization.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to IT support teams on cloud and SaaS best practices.

• Monitor and sustain the cloud-based workplace infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing cloud-based workplace technology, SaaS administration, or IT infrastructure, showcasing a proven history of leading complex, multi-platform environments at scale.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 — including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint — along with substantial hands-on experience in Google Workspace administration.

• Strong understanding of identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, IAM policies, and security best practices, with demonstrated experience managing Microsoft Entra in a production setting.

• Practical experience with IT automation and workflow tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, PowerShell, Python, or similar, with the capability to design and implement enterprise-wide automation initiatives.

• Proven capacity to enforce Zero Trust security frameworks, including conditional access policies, least privilege access, and data protection protocols across cloud environments.

• Experience working with Security, Compliance, IT, and HR teams, translating technical solutions into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities — you uplift the team around you and foster technical capability rather than simply solving problems on your own.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in cloud-based IT environments — you swiftly identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

• Strong documentation practices and communication skills — you ensure every system is better documented than you found it.

• Bonus: experience with Zero Trust security architecture and AI-driven workplace automation.

• Bonus: Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator, AWS Fundamentals, or Azure certifications.

• Bonus: previous experience in regulated industries such as fintech or cryptocurrency.
