Cloud Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise and guide members of the IT operations team

• Take ownership and enhance the AWS environment

• Design and sustain automated CI/CD pipelines

• Foster operational maturity through comprehensive documentation and established procedures

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure dependable deployments

• Lead incident response efforts and implement proactive measures

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with AWS (including EC2, RDS, S3, ECS, Fargate, IAM, IaC, networking, and security groups)

• Solid expertise with CI/CD tools (such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and CircleCI)

• Proven experience in managing and developing technical team members

• Demonstrated history of establishing operational processes

• Knowledge of cloud security best practices

• Capability to convey technical complexities in straightforward terms for both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
