Cloud Operations & Engineering Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of cloud engineers by providing technical guidance.

• Oversee the daily technical direction of the cloud engineering team.

• Prioritize and define the scope of ServiceNow requests and Jira tasks.

• Organize operational support initiatives.

• Oversee the on-call and escalation procedures.

• Identify and address operational challenges to enhance performance.

• Participate in recruitment and provide performance evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree accompanied by 12+ years of experience.

• Must be a US Citizen.

• At least 5 years of experience in cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure.

• Proven experience managing AWS at an enterprise level.

• Technical leadership experience with a team of 5 or more engineers.

• Practical experience in operating AWS infrastructure.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, specifically with Terraform.

• Background in incident management and operational support.
