Cloud IT Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for essential cloud and infrastructure environments.

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver IT support services, which include system installation, configuration, troubleshooting, user assistance, and training.

• Maintain high standards of system availability, performance, and security.

• Ensure operations adhere to DoD cybersecurity policies, FedRAMP, and RMF requirements.

• Address incidents and service requests promptly.

• Collaborate effectively with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in Information Processing, including hands-on support for Department of Defense (DoD) IT hosting solutions.

• At least three (3) years must be specialized in Information Processing, involving various hardware and software solutions.

• A minimum of two (2) years of focused, hands-on experience in installing, diagnosing issues, and training customers on software and hardware use.

• Required Certifications: A total of at least three (3), with one (1) from each of the following categories: IA Level: IAT-II: One (1) from the following: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH; and one from the following: Google Associate Cloud Engineer, Google Professional Cloud Architect; and one from the following: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified Azure Security Engineer Associate, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Cloud Operations, Red Hat Certified Engineer.

• Must possess an Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
