Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish and uphold standards for cloud architecture, best practices, and reference designs.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to cloud connectivity, authentication, networking, and performance.

• Assist application teams and facilitate escalations with delivery partners.

• Oversee cloud provisioning, onboarding processes, and production deployments.

• Manage Azure and AWS environments, focusing on account structure and hierarchy.

• Create and enforce policies, standards, and operational guardrails.

• Set up cloud accounts, subscriptions, and landing zones.

• Offer consulting and architectural guidance to internal teams.

• Direct and manage activities of cloud operations partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, operations, or engineering.

• Extensive knowledge of Azure, AWS, Entra ID, DevOps, Terraform, and networking.

• Proven experience collaborating with managed service providers or external partners.

• Familiarity with cloud governance, identity management, and FinOps methodologies.

• Possession of Azure or AWS certifications.

• FinOps certification is preferred.
