This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist the cloud infrastructure team in overseeing resources on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Help in tracking cloud consumption and expenses, including the initial gathering and analysis of financial data.
• Aid in the proper tagging of resources and adherence to organizational best practices.
• Engage in the automation of routine tasks through scripts and supporting tools.
• Create usage reports and assist in consolidating dashboards under the guidance of senior team members.
• Carry out provisioning and deprovisioning of resources in line with technical guidelines.
• Assist in identifying inefficiencies in cloud usage and recommend actions with technical follow-up.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Foundational knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) — coursework or hands-on labs are acceptable.
• Basic understanding of cloud cost management and billing models (on-demand, reserved, spot, etc.).
• Familiarity with spreadsheet and dashboard tools as well as basic scripting (Excel, Power BI, Python, or Bash).
• A strong desire to grow professionally in FinOps and Cloud Governance.
• Effective communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Introductory cloud certifications (e.g., AWS) — considered an advantage.
• Engagement in academic projects, internships, or bootcamps focused on infrastructure or cloud — considered an advantage.
• Basic understanding of FinOps, tagging, and tools like AWS Cost Explorer or Azure Cost Management — considered an advantage.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems — considered an advantage.
