Cloud Go-Live Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with Guidewire Customers

• Act as the main point of contact for the customer’s deployment journey

• Manage the planning and execution phases from ‘Build’ to ‘Run’

• Supervise the development of the Deployment Plan, resource coordination, and scheduling of Dry Runs

• Work closely with implementation teams and serve as a deployment process subject-matter expert

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of practical project experience with Guidewire Core applications

• Experience in Program Management within IT or consulting sectors

• Background in Customer Success Management or leadership roles in Customer Support organizations

• Practical Project Management experience utilizing Agile methodologies

• Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise applications or SaaS environments

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or an equivalent qualification

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
