Cloud Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, develop, implement, and sustain scalable cloud infrastructure on both Azure and AWS platforms.

• Enhance performance while managing expenses within cloud environments.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate cloud-related challenges.

• Assist in the onboarding process for large and complex clients by delivering customized cloud solutions.

• Design and architect cloud-based solutions that meet client specifications.

• Assess client needs and propose suitable cloud solutions.

• Act as a point of escalation for service-related issues necessitating advanced cloud knowledge.

• Cultivate and reinforce partnerships with Microsoft, Amazon, and other vendors.

• Provide technical expertise to the sales team during pre-sales engagements.

• Aid in the productization of solutions to broaden the organization's service offerings.

• Conduct research and development to assess new technologies and apply best practices.

• Document implementations, processes, and solutions for both internal and client reference.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in the IT industry with relevant technologies, or 8 years of overall IT experience with 2-4 years in relevant technology.

• Expertise in Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments.

• Strong grasp of networking and connectivity solutions, including VPNs and hybrid network setups.

• Demonstrated ability to design, scope, and implement technical solutions tailored to client needs.

• Capacity to convey complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.

• Self-driven, proactive, and responsible for both individual and team results.

• Current certifications in Azure, AWS, or Microsoft 365 are highly preferred and will be discussed during the interview process.
