This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Act as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to Cloud services, ensuring prompt and accurate responses in partnership with Cloud Operations.
• Oversee communication regarding Cloud service requests, providing stakeholders with timely updates, tracking progress, and maintaining visibility of SLAs and delivery milestones.
• Facilitate effective communication among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring responsive, transparent engagement.
• Regularly update and enhance the AI-driven knowledge repository, addressing content gaps and improving relevance, accessibility, and discoverability.
• Enhance search functionality to ensure that content is easily locatable and applicable by users.
• Uphold compliance and security standards across all documentation and communication, particularly concerning sensitive or regulated information.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, consistent materials, including communications, the service catalog, and other user-facing tools, to improve clarity, alignment, and overall stakeholder engagement.
• Produce clear, user-friendly manuals, guides, and training materials tailored to various user groups.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in communication, knowledge content, and engagement tools.
• Support training initiatives that encourage best practices and assist users in adopting new tools, processes, and features.
• Remain knowledgeable about relevant technologies, services, and organizational practices to provide accurate, timely, and value-driven support and engagement.
• Participate actively in Cloud Hub initiatives, collaborating on Cloud engagement activities, delivering content, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects and programs.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in Cloud or IT services.
• Strong understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) as well as associated compliance and security standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in knowledge base management, documentation, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
