This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and support strategic business and technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and promote business growth.
• Manage routine elements of solution development, architecture, and management processes.
• Collaborate with business developers, account managers, competency managers, and executive leadership on solution development.
• Supervise the application of strategic solutions and offerings by the business development team.
• Engage in solution-selling initiatives and align marketing strategies with sales and launch plans.
• Examine business landscapes, trends, best practices, architectural frameworks, and partnerships.
• Contribute to the development of solution business plans and assist with financial modeling.
• Aid client activities to resolve gaps or inconsistencies in solutions, architectural designs, deliverables, benefits, and messaging.
• Take part in business development discussions with cross-functional teams and internal and external executive management.
• Identify business requirements and assess market timing, compelling events, and challenges to ensure solutions meet performance expectations.
• Assist healthcare clients in enhancing the health and well-being of the populations they serve.
• Over 8 years of comprehensive experience in Big Data, Database, and Enterprise Data architecture, delivery, and programming.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, and Scala.
• More than 5 years of experience in architecting, developing, releasing, and maintaining Enterprise Data Lake Platforms.
• Experience in building solutions on distributed processing frameworks such as Spark and Hadoop.
• At least 3 years of experience in implementing cloud-based systems.
• Familiarity with AWS and Cloudera/Databricks is preferred.
• Strong SQL skills for creating and maintaining database objects and querying/loading necessary data.
• Experience in data governance, including business glossaries, data dictionaries, data catalogs, data quality, and master data management.
• Proficient with data visualization tools and advancing data literacy within an organization.
• Extensive knowledge of data technologies, tools, and practices, including data modeling, dimensional models, third-normal-form structures, ETL/ELT, change data capture, and slowly changing dimensions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs and travel as necessary.
• Video cameras must be utilized during all interviews and throughout the initial week of orientation.
