Closing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee real estate closings and handle the complete lifecycle of closing transactions

• Gather, prepare, review, and validate loan closing documents

• Manage an active pipeline of transactions to guarantee accuracy and promptness

• Act as a point of contact between lenders, title companies, borrowers, and settlement agents

• Assist with post-closing tasks and take on additional responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory, Bachelor's degree is preferred

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a title or closing company is preferred

• Excellent customer service skills are essential

• Experience with national title closings is advantageous
