This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage throughout the complete sales funnel: SDR, lead qualification, negotiation, closing (Closer), and follow-up.
• Receive and manage incoming leads while actively prospecting through calls, WhatsApp, and various digital channels.
• Forge relationships with leads utilizing marketing and digital engagement strategies.
• Conduct sales meetings that emphasize diagnosis and solution development.
• Utilize SPIN Selling techniques along with rapport building and persuasive tactics.
• Oversee pipeline management, follow-ups, and KPIs through CRM systems.
• Ensure a seamless conversion process from initial contact to closing.
• Provide initial post-sale support to ensure client alignment and satisfaction.
• Contribute towards ongoing enhancements in commercial processes and strategies.
• Preferred age range: 30 to 45 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Management Processes, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience as an SDR, with a focus on active prospecting, digital relationship management, and closing sales.
• Practical experience with full-funnel conversion processes.
• Background in outbound calling and consultative negotiations.
• Knowledge and application of SPIN Selling, rapport-building, closing techniques (Closer), and follow-up strategies.
• Expertise in CRM systems and sales metrics.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong spelling skills, free of slang.
