This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• **The Role**
• Oversee the complete sales cycle: conducting inbound demonstrations and targeted outreach to local markets (home services, medical spas, dental, legal, contractors, etc.).
• Initiate discovery sessions to identify challenges, budget constraints, timelines, and key decision makers; create ROI-driven proposals.
• Confidently showcase and customize solutions encompassing SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, websites, citations, and Search Atlas.
• Address objections, negotiate terms, and secure deals—either independently or in collaboration with a sales engineer/strategist when necessary.
• Manage your schedule: set follow-up appointments, handle multi-threaded deals, and ensure momentum towards closing.
• Keep a well-organized and accurate pipeline in the CRM; provide weekly forecasts and monitor conversion metrics.
• Work in tandem with Marketing and Delivery to synchronize commitments with playbooks, case studies, and onboarding processes.
• Offer insights on market trends regarding offers, pricing, and positioning to enhance closing rates.
• **Preferred Experience**
• Experience selling to local small and medium-sized businesses in sectors such as home services, healthcare, legal, retail, or professional services.
• Familiarity with GA4, GSC, call tracking, and basic analytics to support ROI validation.
• Proven experience in structuring retainers, milestones, and paid discovery as appropriate.
• At least 3 years of closing experience, including high-value deals ($5K–$30K+) in an agency or SaaS context.
• Proficient in SEO/SEM, paid social media, website development, citations, and understanding how Search Atlas contributes to measurable results.
• Demonstrated success in meeting quotas with short to mid-length sales cycles (2–6 weeks) and closing deals involving multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional skills in discovery, consultative storytelling, and framing value/ROI; strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Discipline in using CRM tools (HubSpot/Close/Salesforce), call recording, maintaining a clean pipeline, and making data-driven decisions.
• Availability during US business hours; reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
