This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• **The Role**
• Manage the complete sales cycle: conduct inbound demonstrations and targeted outbound efforts to specific local sectors (home services, medical spas, legal, dental, contractors, etc.).
• Lead exploratory discussions to identify challenges, budget, timelines, and key decision-makers; create proposals backed by ROI.
• Present and customize solutions confidently across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, websites, citations, and Search Atlas.
• Address objections, negotiate terms, and finalize deals—independently or in collaboration with a sales engineer or strategist when necessary.
• Take charge of your schedule: arrange follow-ups, manage multiple deals simultaneously, and maintain momentum until closing.
• Keep a tidy and precise pipeline in the CRM; provide weekly forecasts and track conversion metrics.
• Work in tandem with Marketing/Delivery to ensure alignment between promises, playbooks, case studies, and onboarding processes.
• Offer market feedback on services, pricing, and positioning to enhance closing rates.
• **Preferred Experience**
• Experience selling to local small and medium-sized businesses in sectors such as home services, healthcare, legal, retail, or professional services.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, call tracking, and basic analytics to substantiate ROI.
• Experience in structuring retainers, milestones, and paid discovery when necessary.
• Over 3 years of experience in closing sales, including high-ticket deals ranging from $5K to $30K+ within an agency or SaaS setting.
• Knowledgeable in SEO/SEM, paid social media, web development, citations, and how Search Atlas facilitates measurable results.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas with short to mid-length sales cycles (2–6 weeks) and involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in conducting polished discovery sessions, consultative storytelling, and framing value/ROI; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot/Close/Salesforce), familiarity with call recording, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Availability during US business hours; reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
