This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Source and place allied clinicians on travel assignments independently.
• Manage a portfolio of working staff, providing a supportive and outstanding experience for clinicians while significantly contributing to Trusted's growth and revenue goals.
• Use independent insight and discretion when conducting multiple intake calls daily with new job seekers joining the Trusted platform.
• Exhibit proficiency in collecting detailed information about their goals, desires, and constraints to identify and pitch relevant opportunities among the thousands of jobs available in our marketplace.
• Leverage prior experience and exercise judgment to assess a clinician’s qualifications and suitability for placement.
• Maintain a high level of expertise in the systems, processes, and tools utilized at Trusted to engage with job seekers, identify suitable opportunities, pitch, and submit candidates to new roles while managing the complete job search workflow.
• Positively contribute to team culture and regularly provide constructive feedback that impacts the organization's growth and success.
• Additional responsibilities include emergency phone line coverage and one week-long shift per year.
• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or a revenue-generating role is necessary.
• Proven proficiency with modern business software tools and technologies.
