Clinical Vendor Activation Manager

📋 Description

• Manage vendor interactions throughout the initiation and execution of clinical trials.

• Ensure that vendors are properly qualified, contracted, and in accordance with study protocols and activation schedules.

• Offer clinical insights to the Vendor Management and SSU teams to aid in vendor selection, feasibility assessments, and site alignment.

• Track vendor performance, proactively identify risks based on historical data, and escalate any issues that may affect KPIs.

• Review, negotiate, and oversee contracts during their entire lifecycle, including renewals and modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, nursing, or a related field (advanced degree is preferred).

• 3–5 years of experience in clinical operations, vendor management, or clinical trial initiation.

• Previous experience working directly with vendors in clinical trials is essential.

• Knowledge of vendor qualification systems, contracting processes, and site activation workflows.

• Experience in SSU, Clinical Project Management, or Vendor Oversight is highly preferred.

• Proficient in using CTMS, clinical portals, and project tracking software.
