📋 Description

• Lead the preparation and submission of necessary documents for regulatory approvals and site activation.

• Coordinate the delivery of site start-up and activation processes.

• Address challenges and enhance team capabilities.

• Collaborate with project management, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs teams to optimize study start-up procedures.

• Oversee the identification and selection of clinical sites, ensuring they align with project criteria and compliance standards.

• Provide guidance and support to study teams and sites throughout the start-up phase.

• Stay updated with industry regulations and trends to improve start-up strategies and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience in study start-up activities within the clinical research industry, with a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams and external stakeholders.

• A commitment to upholding high standards of quality and compliance in all study start-up activities.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 15%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
