This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to devise and execute effective strategies for clinical trial enrollment.

• Examine and interpret clinical trial data, ensuring precision and adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with study sites and investigators to boost patient recruitment and retention efforts.

• Serve as a liaison among sponsors, investigators, and study participants, offering support and guidance throughout the enrollment journey.

• Engage in the ongoing enhancement of enrollment processes and strategies to maximize trial outcomes.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as life sciences or healthcare.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical trial enrollment or similar positions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the proficiency to interpret intricate medical data.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate and sustain effective relationships with stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with a dedication to maintaining accuracy and compliance in all facets of clinical trial enrollment.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
