Clinical Trial Coordinator – Sponsor Dedicated

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the logistical components of clinical projects.

• Provide comprehensive support to functional leads to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes.

• Assist the Project Lead in executing contracted services and meeting customer expectations as per signed agreements.

• Establish, maintain, and finalize project files and study data across various databases and systems.

• Manage and disseminate study-specific and financial reports.

• Facilitate internal and external meetings as directed by the Project Lead.

• Draft and distribute meeting minutes and action items.

• Follow up with team members to ensure action items are completed.

• Record and evaluate Key Performance Indicators and present proposed action plans.

• Generate and deliver status reports to customers.

• Archive study documents in accordance with relevant guidelines and policies.

• Act as a project representative during internal and external audits when required.

• Support quality assurance efforts, audits, internal reviews, and resolution of actionable issues.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers in the absence of the Project Lead.

• Mentor and provide training to Project Specialists.

⛳️ Requirements

• A combination of education and experience in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.

• Moderate experience in relevant clinical research is essential.

• Familiarity with clinical drug development and clinical trial operations is required.

• Experience in a therapeutic group is preferred.

• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other pertinent regulatory requirements.

• Excellent organizational skills are necessary.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• High proficiency in Veeva Applications is required.

• Strong skills in full MS Office Applications are essential.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.

• Ability to inform, influence, persuade, and convince others.

• Willingness to travel if necessary, approximately 5% preferred.

• A high level of proficiency in the English language is required.
