This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Oversee and coordinate the logistical components of clinical projects.
β’ Provide comprehensive support to functional leads to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes.
β’ Assist the Project Lead in executing contracted services and meeting customer expectations as per signed agreements.
β’ Establish, maintain, and finalize project files and study data across various databases and systems.
β’ Manage and disseminate study-specific and financial reports.
β’ Facilitate internal and external meetings as directed by the Project Lead.
β’ Draft and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
β’ Follow up with team members to ensure action items are completed.
β’ Record and evaluate Key Performance Indicators and present proposed action plans.
β’ Generate and deliver status reports to customers.
β’ Archive study documents in accordance with relevant guidelines and policies.
β’ Act as a project representative during internal and external audits when required.
β’ Support quality assurance efforts, audits, internal reviews, and resolution of actionable issues.
β’ Serve as the primary contact for customers in the absence of the Project Lead.
β’ Mentor and provide training to Project Specialists.
β’ A combination of education and experience in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Moderate experience in relevant clinical research is essential.
β’ Familiarity with clinical drug development and clinical trial operations is required.
β’ Experience in a therapeutic group is preferred.
β’ Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other pertinent regulatory requirements.
β’ Excellent organizational skills are necessary.
β’ Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
β’ Self-motivated and able to work independently.
β’ High proficiency in Veeva Applications is required.
β’ Strong skills in full MS Office Applications are essential.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
β’ Ability to inform, influence, persuade, and convince others.
β’ Willingness to travel if necessary, approximately 5% preferred.
β’ A high level of proficiency in the English language is required.
