This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and implement tasks according to company SOPs and established regulatory standards, which include the following:
• Maintain accurate records of all tasks (providing real-time updates to relevant trackers and managing high-volume emails/site communications).
• Capable of adapting to study changes, re-prioritizing tasks based on study requirements, and working autonomously. Responsible for mentoring junior study team members and supervising their output.
• Assist the Rater Services Managers with minimal supervision on assigned responsibilities.
• Serve as the primary contact for sites, raters, and CRO from the initiation of the study through to its close-out.
• Propel activities and ensure the timely completion of project tasks leading to the fulfillment of client deliverables.
• Communicate directly with site-level staff to provide operational support throughout the study's lifecycle.
• Manage and oversee phase I-III clinical trials (understanding and tracking against the project SOW).
• Effectively manage, monitor, and communicate key project deliverables proactively to the study PM, sponsor, or Rater Training Lead.
• Take on a Rater Training Lead role for small to medium-sized studies.
• Coordinate communication and scheduling with consultants (LEAD).
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience related to clinical trials.
• CRA/CRO experience is advantageous.
• Experience in Project Management or a service-related industry is preferable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while being highly organized and methodical, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills within the team and with clients and third-party vendors.
• Proven ability to learn quickly, work independently, plan ahead, and be proactive.
• High level of computer literacy (experience with clinical software is preferable).
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, expanding environment.
