Clinical Trial Associate, Rater Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement tasks in accordance with company SOPs and established regulatory standards, ensuring precise record-keeping for all activities.

• Adapt to study modifications, prioritize tasks based on study requirements, and work autonomously while guiding junior members of the study team.

• Assist Rater Services Managers with minimal supervision.

• Serve as the main point of contact for sites, raters, and CROs from the initiation of the study to its conclusion.

• Propel activities forward and guarantee the timely completion of project tasks.

• Engage in direct communication with site-level personnel to provide operational assistance throughout the study lifecycle.

• Manage and deliver phase I-III clinical trials.

• Efficiently oversee, monitor, and communicate essential project deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and/or over 6 years of relevant professional experience.

• More than 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years related to clinical trials.

• Proven experience collaborating directly with external stakeholders in a clinical research setting, including sponsors, sites, vendors, CRO partners, clients, or other study collaborators.

• Experience in CRA/CRO roles is advantageous.

• Background in Project Management or service-oriented industries is preferred.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while being highly organized and methodical, with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with team members, customers, and third-party providers.

• Proven capacity to learn rapidly, work autonomously, plan effectively, and take initiative.

• Strong computer literacy, with preference given to experience using clinical software.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced and expanding environment.

• Preferred: proficiency in an additional language alongside English.
