Clinical Training & Documentation Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Facilitate virtual training sessions for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on clinical software and documentation protocols.

• Review and monitor session documentation for any incomplete, missing, or erroneous records.

• Follow up with RBTs to ensure that outstanding documentation is submitted by specified deadlines.

• Identify documentation discrepancies and inconsistencies, and communicate necessary corrections.

• Maintain trackers and reports for outstanding documentation, completion rates, and recurring challenges.

• Provide guidance, address process-related inquiries, and assist staff with documentation issues.

• Recognize recurring challenges and contribute to the enhancement of training materials, documentation processes, and follow-up practices.

• Uphold documentation standards, ensuring accurate clinical records, compliance, and adherence to internal deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in healthcare administration, clinical operations, quality assurance, compliance, staff training, or clinical documentation.

• Proven experience in training or onboarding staff on software, systems, or operational procedures.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and incomplete documentation.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities independently.

• Confidence in conducting virtual training sessions and professionally communicating expectations.

• Familiarity with task trackers, spreadsheets, or similar tools to oversee outstanding tasks and deadlines.

• Consistently follow through and hold staff accountable for completing required tasks.

• CentralReach experience is highly preferred, particularly within an ABA or clinical environment.

• Experience with comparable healthcare systems or EMR/EHR platforms is encouraged, including GoodX, Healthbridge, Elixir Live, HealthONE EHR, Solumed, FlowMed, Cliniweb, eMD, or Navitas.
