This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee clinical operations and scheduling by organizing nursing visits for both host home and group home environments, managing provider calendars, and tracking visits, assessments, and injections on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Facilitate communication and coordination via email and phone, addressing requests and directing information to the appropriate providers, nurses, or internal teams.
• Systematically organize and manage clinical documentation by filing nursing records, ensuring the completeness of doctors' notes and RN service documentation, and keeping records accurate and current.
• Assist with assessments and clinical processes by pre-filling patient demographic information, coordinating medication refill requests, and verifying that required documents are reviewed and updated.
• Aid in billing and invoicing processes by reviewing RN service documentation and preparing completed nursing service data and invoices for processing.
• Uphold accurate healthcare records and systems by inputting and updating information in secure healthcare and state-managed platforms while safeguarding confidential patient information and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Enhance compliance and quality processes through documentation reviews, audits, reporting, version control, and ensuring adherence to state program guidelines and internal policies.
• Contribute to the enhancement of daily operations by identifying gaps, ensuring tasks remain on schedule, and improving clinical coordination, documentation, and administrative workflows.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to enable providers and internal teams to maintain organization and productivity.
• Proven experience in healthcare administration, clinical coordination, nursing support, medical office administration, or a related field.
• Background in coordinating nursing visits, appointments, provider schedules, or healthcare services, demonstrating strong follow-through and organizational skills.
• Proficient in handling clinical documentation, patient records, assessments, and confidential healthcare information while adhering to HIPAA and U.S. healthcare standards.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, electronic records, state-managed platforms, and medical billing or invoicing is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to maintain accurate records, review documentation, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with confidence in managing email, phone interactions, and daily coordination tasks.
• Self-driven, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with providers, nurses, and internal teams.
• Experience using RingCentral or similar communication platforms is a plus.
• $7 per hour
