This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert clinical product and technical support, along with training to physicians and their clinical teams on the optimal utilization of Venus Concept’s systems.

• Oversee and strategically prioritize client accounts.

• Provide education to both existing and potential customers regarding all Venus Concept products.

• Foster collaboration and ensure open communication with local teams and other partners.

• Represent Venus Concept by participating in trade shows.

• Assist in managing the clinical support email inbox.

• Conduct retraining sessions following clinical complaint events.

• Stay updated on industry technologies.

• Report any challenges to the Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Academic qualifications must include RN, LPN, RPN, or an Aesthetic license.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Experience with energy-based medical devices is advantageous.

• Prior experience working with or training on capital equipment is beneficial.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent time management capabilities.

• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, Outlook, and Salesforce.
