Clinical Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the CensiTrac product suite, which is a SaaS-based, end-to-end solution.

• Responsible for delivering training on all features and advantages of CensiTrac for ServicePlus customers.

• Complete all necessary ServicePlus documentation, including training plans, reports, and training checklists.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical client resources.

• Conduct demonstrations and in-services at client locations.

• Stay informed about equipment, products, and systems relevant to the sterile processing field.

• Engage in creative thinking and actively offer solutions to help customers maximize the use of the Censis product suite.

• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold a professional image when representing Censis products.

• Identify and report installation issues, software bugs, and necessary software modifications to internal Censis teams.

• Foster enthusiasm and passion for Censis products.

• Participate in Censis educational events.

• Actively engage in and contribute to Clinical Team activities, including team meetings, in-service training, troubleshooting, Teams Chat, etc.

• Provide internal support to other departments as needed; perform additional duties as required.

• Maintain accurate records of travel expenses for timely submission.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a Sterile Processing department.

• Current professional certification from HSPA or CBSPD.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience using or implementing CensiTrac.

• Familiarity with regulatory bodies affecting Sterile Processing and Operating Rooms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, computer systems, and commonly used software applications.
