This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and institutional stakeholders in fields such as nuclear medicine, radiology, radiation oncology, radiation safety, health physics, nursing, and advanced practice.
• Oversee site readiness and workflow integration for authorized agents and clinical trials.
• Address considerations regarding product handling, administration, radiation safety, and radiopharmaceutical licensing.
• Provide clinical and technical education to ensure safe, effective, and guideline-compliant product usage.
• Act as a senior subject matter expert in the areas of nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceutical applications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of imaging techniques, oncology practice patterns, and emerging therapeutic advancements.
• Facilitate clinical trial execution through training at sites and educating on protocols.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific inquiries while ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Gather insights from the field on trends in diagnostic imaging and radiopharmaceuticals, as well as institutional barriers and adoption dynamics.
• Contribute actionable field insights to inform launch strategies.
• Provide support for medical and scientific congresses as needed.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory frameworks, including the U.S. Compliance Code of Conduct, OIG Guidance, PhRMA Code, GCP, HIPAA, and relevant FDA regulations.
• Implement AI strategies to enhance team effectiveness and decision-making.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Certification as a CNMT is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceutical clinical applications, oncology imaging, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in leading complex site education and workflow implementation projects.
• Advanced comprehension of radiopharmaceutical science, nuclear medicine operations, and diagnostic imaging trends.
• Capability to convert complex data into actionable strategies for execution at the site level.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to cultivate institutional relationships.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed biotech or pharmaceutical context.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
• Experience in oncology and radiopharmaceuticals is highly preferred.
