Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supports sales representatives with training for surgeons, development of robotic systems in hospitals, and overall territory oversight.

• Conducts technical in-services for clients, including operating room staff and surgeons.

• Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users, aiding in the achievement of team sales targets.

• Acquires experience in setting goals, strategizing, and achieving objectives in preparation for a role involving sales quotas after the CTA position.

• Oversees administrative responsibilities, including reporting on sales and procedures, outcomes of sales efforts, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of experience in outside sales is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, and to work nights and weekends when necessary.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
